ROME, Ga. -- The Methodist men's tennis team continued play in the ITA South Regional Championships, hosted by Berry College, on Saturday.
 
R.J. Clement advanced to the quarterfinals of the Main Singles Draw after defeating Davis Plummer of Millsaps 7-6, 6-0, but fell to Hayden Cassone of Emory 6-0, 6-2.
 
Coleman Baker also won on Saturday 3-6, 6-3, 10-8 against Mitchell Corley but lost to Walker Benson, 6-3, 6-3.
 
The final day of the ITA Regional Championships will be tomorrow, Oct. 1.
