Mount Olive, N.C. Methodist men's and women's track and field traveled to Mount Olive, North Carolina to compete in the Adidas Trojan Challenge on Friday and Saturday.

OTHER TOP PERFORMANCES
- Multiple Monarchs made all-time personal records and season bests during the two-day event.
- Drew Topoly smashed his all-time personal record in the men's 5000 meter run, pinning a time of fourteen minutes and 52.83 seconds to finish in fourth place overall, just fourteen seconds behind East Carolina runner, Chase Osborne.
- Richard Staley competed in the men's 400m run and finished with a time of 50.63 seconds, posting a new personal record by a second and a half to land 11th overall. Staley then posted another personal record in the 200m dash, with a time of 22.48 seconds, cutting his previous record by three tenths of a second to finish 12th overall.
- Also in the men's 200m, AJ Matthews ran an all-time personal best with a time of 23.24 seconds, beating his previous time by .54 seconds.
- Austin Ezzell competed in the men's 800m run and finished with a time of 1:57.55, shaving off two seconds from his previous personal best and finished fourth overall.
- Aaron Nash had another outstanding meet in the long jump as he placed second overall in the meet jumping 6.79m (22'28"). With this new distance, Nash is now currently tied for 20th place in the new nationwide Division III rankings.
- Also in the field events, Malcolm Knight finished fourth overall in the men's triple jump with a best of 13.40m.
- As for the women, Caroline Stubblefield and Courtney Drumm both posted new personal season bests in the women's 5000m with times of 20:39.00 and 21:07.00 respectfully, as Stubblefield placed seventh overall, followed by Drumm in 11th.
- Chakalyn Patterson competed in the women's 200m dash and finished with a time of 28.56.

Methodist will travel to High Point, N.C. for the Vertklasse Meeting hosted by High Point University, on Friday, April 1 and Saturday, April 2 for an all-day meet.
