MEDFORD, Mass. On Saturday afternoon,
Drew Topoly went to the National Qualifying Event being held at Tufts University to compete in the 3,000 meter race, in hopes to qualify the NCAA Indoor Championships in the coming weeks.

PERFORMANCE
- In his lone event, Topoly came in fifth place after finishing the race in eight minutes and 35.43 seconds.
- This time breaks the school record he set himself earlier this year by shaving off nine seconds from the previous one.
NEXT UP
Topoly now waits to see if he qualifies for the indoor championships. If he does not this concludes the indoor season for Topoly and will move onto the outdoor portion.
