ROME, Ga.  The USA South Athletic Conference released its 2025 Men's Cross Country Pre-Championship Coaches Poll on Tuesday afternoon, with Methodist landing in fourth place in the league's annual ranking.

Pfeiffer University earned the top spot with 42 total points and six first-place votes, followed by Southern Virginia University in second with 36 points and one first-place vote. Brevard College placed third with 32 points, just ahead of the Monarchs, while Mary Baldwin University rounded out the top five with 23 points.

The 2025 USA South Men's Cross Country Championship will be hosted on the campus of Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, North Carolina. The 8,000-meter event will take place on Saturday, November 1, and begin at 11:00 AM.
