ROME, Ga.  The USA South Athletic Conference announced its 2025 Women's Cross Country Pre-Championship Coaches Poll on Tuesday afternoon, with Methodist tying for fourth place in the annual rankings.

Southern Virginia University earned the top spot in the poll with 71 points and seven first-place votes, followed by Meredith College in second with 64 points and one first-place nod. Pfeiffer University claimed third with 60 points and the final first-place vote, while Brevard College and the Monarchs shared the fourth-place position with 47 points each. Salem College rounded out the top six with 31 points.

The 2025 USA South Women's Cross Country Championship will be hosted on the campus of Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, North Carolina. The 6,000-meter event will take place on Saturday, November 1, and begin at 10:00 AM.
