WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. The Methodist track and field program traveled with an abbreviated roster to the JDL Last Chance Meet on Saturday. The outing offered individuals a chance to set marks or improve their current marks prior to the conference championships on Friday, Feb. 27.

TOP TRACK PERFORMANCES
- Keon Lassiter ran a personal-best 52.78 in the men's 400-meter race, capturing eight place out of 16 sprinters.
- Rafael Shilengitha set a new personal record in the men's mile run, clocking a time of 4:41.81
TOP FIELD PERFORMANCES
- Kamren Jenkins topped his previous best in the men's triple jump, leaping a distance of 13.68 meters.
- J'Quez Jackson claimed fourth out of eight participants in the men's high jump, clearing a mark of 1.81 meters.
- Treazure Rosario Watson logged her first mark in the women's long jump this season, launching herself 4.80 meters.
