THE LOW-DOWN
- Thompson began the final round tied for third place, two strokes back. But his Monday-best 67 elevated him to the top of the individual leaderboard for the win.
- Teammate Caleb Ryan (73-69—142, -2) also began the day tied for third, and his second-round 69 was nearly enough to earn the win himself, but he fell two shots shy of Thompson.
- Corbin Bentley (73-70—143, -1) was yet another Monarch in that third-place tie to begin the final round, and he, too, went under par on Monday, finishing three back of Thompson.
- Day 1 leader Sam Marshall (71-74—145, +2) carded only a few missteps Monday, just enough to fall to fourth in the final standings.
- Moving up three spots on Monday was Luke Basile (77-72—149, +5) who corrected his 5-over opening round with an even-par round Monday to join a tie for sixth place.
