FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. Methodist University head men's lacrosse coach
Ryan McKay has named Nate Neal as an assistant coach with the program.
"I'm excited to have Nate here at MU," said McKay. "He brings a lot of energy and passion, as well as incredible knowledge of our game. I'm excited to work alongside him!"
Neal is a graduate of Marietta College, where he played for the men's lacrosse team from 2021-25.
He played 75 career games as a faceoff specialist and midfielder for the Pioneers, totaling 127 goals and 40 assists, which amounts to 167 points. He also collected 295 ground balls, caused 17 turnovers, and had a faceoff win percentage of .557, going 344-618. In 2024, Neal was an Ohio Athletic Conference Honorable Mention All-Conference selection after leading his team in goals, ground balls, and faceoff victories.
