ROME, Ga.  The USA South Athletic Conference released its 2026 Men's Indoor Track & Field Pre-Championship Coaches Poll on Tuesday afternoon, with Methodist claiming fourth place in the league's annual ranking.

Sitting atop the poll with 23 points overall, Pfeiffer University garnered four first-place votes, followed by a two-way tie for second between North Carolina Wesleyan University and Southern Virginia University. Both schools totaled 20 total points, with Southern Virginia receiving two first-place votes. Behind the Monarchs, Brevard finished in fifth with one fewer point (10), while Mary Baldwin rounded out the predictions with six points in sixth place.

The 2026 USA South Men's and Women's Track & Field Championships will be hosted at JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The one-day event will take place on Friday, Feb 27, with field events scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. and track events starting at 10:30 a.m.
