SECOND ROUND
- This round gave all Monarchs golfers some trouble, as the Gold course was a bit tougher and longer than the Scarlet course they played on the previous day. The team combined for 26 bogeys and three double bogeys on the day.
- Keeping his status at third overall was Henry Angier with a round two score of two over 74. He shot three over on the front nine before landing a couple of birdies, along with a bogey, to complete his back nine.
- Jumping up six spots into the top 10, at T-10, was Cooper Hrabak after shooting even par for the second consecutive day. He started off well with two birdies within his first four holes, then had a tough time at hole Nos. 6-8 (double bogey, bogey, bogey). His final nine went better for him as he connected for a trio of birdies and a bogey.
- Andre Chi was the biggest leaper of all the Methodist players, as he climbed ten spots to put him in a tie for 17th. Similar to Hrabak, Chi looked sharp through his six starting holes with a -3 but a bogey and double bogey on two of his last three pulled him even at the turn. He closed out his 18 holes by making three bogeys to two birdies for a 73 (+1) for the round.
- Both Will Campbell and Cameron Cappuzzo did not have great Day 2 scores, specifically on their back nine. Campbell had a score of two over after the first nine but then went on to hit five more bogeys. He would end on a good note by making birdie on hole No. 18 to give him a six over 78, where he now is in a tie for 20th.
- Cappuzzo had three bogeys and two birdies through holes 1-9 before carding four bogeys and a double bogey on holes 10-18. This put him in a tie for 31st place.
