Methodist Athletics Hall of Fame
Horton enters as one of the Monarchs' most decorated men's golfers.
A four-time first team All-American, he was the individual champion of the USA South three years straight from 2004-06. Twice he was named the USA South men's golfer of the year (04, 06), and he was picked as the league's top rookie in 2003. The Monarchs captured four consecutive USA South Conference championships during his time, and three times he finished in the top five individually at the NCAA championships, including a third-place finish in 2004, the same year that he brought home the University's Mason Sykes Cup.
