Cieslak was a three-time All-American for the women's golf team from 1993-97. CIeslak was named the Division III Player of the Year twice. The Monarchs won three National Championships during her career as she finished with an 81.29 stroke average. In 1997, Cieslak was nominated for Honda's Division III Athlete of the year award. She was also featured in Sport Illustrated's "Faces in the Crowd" after finishing as the top Division III finisher in 1997. Cieslak wrapped up her career named the Female Senior Athlete of the Year at Methodist.
