Methodist Athletics Hall of Fame
One of the pioneers of the Methodist women's lacrosse team, Lindsey (West) Lutz was a four year starter from 2002-05. Part of the team's first recruiting class, Lutz was a three-time First Team All-Conference selection and was named the 2006 USA South Player of the Year. She graduated as the program's leading scorer and currently holds the record for points in a game (12) and assists in a game (6). She is also ranked second in the Methodist record book for career points (250), assists (68), and caused turnovers (62). An all-around player, Lutz is still ranked in the top 10 in every statistical category other than goalkeeping on a career and season level. The current head coach at Shenandoah University, she was named the 2010 USA South Coach of the Year in her second season at the helm.
