Methodist Athletics Hall of Fame
Hartline was a star on the diamond from 1985-87, Hartline finished as a two-time All-Conference and two-time All-American selection. He currently holds season records at Methodist for RBI (80), doubles (26) and home runs (17). His RBI mark also still stands as a conference record after leading the nation. Hartline led the nation in doubles in 1986 and still ranks in the top five in the Methodist career record books for RBI, triples, home runs, stolen bases and batting average. He was drafted and signed with the Baltimore Orioles in 1987.
