Methodist University Athletics

Zeiler was a multi-sport athlete at Methodist, participating in the cross country and the track and field programs.

Initially her success came on the trails of cross country where she earned USA South runner of the year and first-team all-conference honors in 2009 and 2010, after earning a third-team honor in 2008.

She wrote herself into the Methodist record book, however, on the indoor and outdoor track ovals. She set in 2010 -- and still holds -- indoor records in the 800-meter, 3,000m, Mile, 5,000m and 10,000m runs, and also maintains the record in the 1,000m that she set in 2011. Her outdoor season in 2011 added Methodist records that still stand in the 5,000m and 10,000m.
